About Julian Bartlett and Bartletts Inc.

Julian Bartlett was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1980. He founded Bartletts Incorporated in Johannesburg in 1994 and was admitted as a notary public and conveyancer in 1995.

He studied at Rhodes University and the University of Cape Town, and holds the degrees of B.Com LLB and LLM (Company and Tax Law).

Bartletts Inc. is a small practice by design. Clients deal with Julian directly rather than being passed between departments, and he attends to each property transfer, estate and notarial matter personally.

From our office in Bordeaux, Randburg, we act for clients throughout South Africa, particularly on property in Johannesburg, Cape Town, the Garden Route (Knysna and Plettenberg Bay), the Eastern Cape coast (St Francis Bay, Cape St Francis, Jeffreys Bay and Cannon Rocks) and Umhlanga. Julian also undertakes work for clients in other parts of Africa, Europe and North America.
